Circuit training is a great boredom buster, moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. This class includes resistance training combined with cardiovascular components in one-minute intervals for the ultimate firming & toning workout

Whether you’ve trained before, or have never thrown a punch, this course will introduce you to proper techniques and give you a cardiovascular workout that is one of a kind. In this course you’ll workout with fellow gym members, as well as a one-on-one instruction, to assure that members of all levels thrive and achieve a workout that is going to improve your shape and health!

Flexibility is an integral part of whole-body wellness. Come experience a deep stretch and complete muscle release with hands on assist. In this class we will utilize foam rollers, tennis balls, stretching straps and restorative stretches as a preventative component to correcting imbalances and minimizing the risk of injury.
