Dr. Izzy knows the human body. He is a Board Certified Chiropractor & Certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. He is experienced in working with clients of all ages & fitness levels. Dr. Izzy approaches training from the angle of a health care professional and focuses on encouraging each client to surpass their physical & mental boundaries so that they can reach a higher level of health and wellness.

Faith is determined to help you look and feel your best. Her enthusiasm for health & fitness began on the soccer field as a young girl. Her drive to keep her body in optimal condition led Faith to achieve her National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification so that she could pursue her passion for helping others. Faith loves developing fun and effective new workouts to keep our clients on their toes.

Kiley Powell, C.P.T

Kiley is passionate about helping others increase the vitality and longevity of their lives through health and fitness. She grew up leading an active lifestyle of playing sports, hiking, and working out at the gym with family and friends. However, it wasn’t until she started working out with Izzy in college that she began to truly witness the amazing effects of proper exercise coupled with clean eating habits. Her compassionate personality and love for working with others inspired her to earn her NASM personal training certification and next on her to-do list is achieving an integrative health coaching certification. Kiley keeps things fresh and exciting by incorporating a variety of exercise modalities into her routines. She is friendly, fun and will push you to feel AND look your best.

Manny Raya, Boxing/Jiu Jitsu

Manny first encountered the sport of boxing at the age of 18. Finding a love for the sport, he has continued to practice and study boxing for the last twenty years. By teaching his friends how to box in his backyard, Manny found that he didn’t just love to practice the sport, he also loved teaching it. It was a natural fit then for Manny to come to Evolution Fitness and share his love of the sport with the whole Evolution team. Having been a college professor for the last seven years, Manny considers his style as methodical and friendly.

Kelley Pike,

Kelley’s passion for working out is a talent in itself. For her, fitness is a lifestyle and a mindset. From personal experience, Kelley knows that balancing a workout program should not only be fun but also effective and beneficial. Although high intensity is what she normally craves, through her own experience she knows the importance of unwinding, focusing on breath work, stretching and foam rolling. This is why Dr. Izzy and Kelley designed a stretch class designed to reset the body. The stretch class can be utilized and benefit those who are sore from after a hard workout or just need to restore from life’s day to day activities.

Paige is certified yoga teacher born in Santa Barbara. She has a love and passion for living a healthy and happy life. Paige has been doing yoga, strength training, hiking and dancing her entire life. She believes in using yoga to strengthen, tone and stretch the body, while relaxing the mind and activating the spirit. Paige enjoys getting to know her students and offering individual assistance so that your yoga practice can help you to become the version of yourself that you want to be. She believes a strong body & mind helps you to live a better life. With her friendly personality and intuitive coaching abilities she hopes to inspire and elevate her students.

Breya grew up in a small town in northern CA. She moved to Santa Barbara when she was 17 and never looked back. Her love for yoga is contagious. She strives to keep her classes playful and encourages us not to take ourselves too seriously on and off the mat. With a 10 year background in gymnastics she is motivated to help you be the best version of yourself. Her classes focus on finding alignment, grounding and breath-work. For her, nothing is more rewarding than seeing the growth of students through yoga. Yoga has changed her life, and she believes it can transform yours too!
